to I Can Linguistically Assert (ICLA) any thought within-- dynamically affordable.
Definition of the Course:
There are three phases: The Novices, The Negotiators, and The Elucidators. All viable English skill levels are contained therein. Language students from any language group on the Planet can find her or his level and progress therefrom.
In other words, "You gonna learn whether U like it or not."
Joking aside, the beauty of the language process will make the result of the course (the speaking of good English well) seem inconsequential.
